I’m trying to figure out the easiest way to mirror my iPhone screen to my smart TV. I’ve heard of a few different methods, but I’m not sure which one is the most reliable or has the best quality. Does anyone have experience with this and can recommend a method? My TV is fairly new, if that helps. Thanks in advance!
For non-AirPlay TVs, there are third-party apps like “ApowerMirror”, “DoCast” or “AnyCast,” but the experience can be hit or miss depending on your network and the app’s compatibility. They work by creating a connection between your phone and the TV over Wi-Fi. I used DoCast, it was ok!
The DoCast app is easy to use and works with many TVs, but some users experience connectivity issues. AirPlay offers seamless integration with AirPlay-compatible TVs and great quality but is limited to certain models. Google Chromecast is flexible but requires a dongle if not built-in and can have slight lag. Choose based on your TV and feature needs.
